At Omega Juicers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your juicer or blender doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Item
Securely place the product in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and components to ensure a smooth inspection process.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package back to our authorized service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
